HTB / ingress diffrence
Hi I have outgoing speed 128kbit and 5 users. So I want to cat outgoing traffic to 50kbit per user. The best Idea is make HTB queue 10kbit ceil 50kbit but one user (the Donkey one :) ) who using P2P take all the outgoing band. When I make HTB is trafic was very low Donkey doesn''t get any data or take only a little, outgoing traffic was about 1-2K, but In HTB trafic I have full outgoing

ZAP TDM and DTMF issue
...axdtmf in zapata , or any where else to tune dtmf detection on TDM400 fxo boards. in one of our sites provider is giving us 4 analog lines out of Adtran router and Asterisk often recognize DTMF wrong. Obviously playing with relaxdtmf was not helpfull. What do we know anout 1.2 and 1.4 DTMF handling diffrences? At this time i'm using 1.2 but i can change to 1.4 if i see a motivation. _________________________________________________________________ Local listings, incredible imagery, and driving directions - all in one place! meta-analysis in R
I would like to combine time-series data to test for correlations and interactions using random and fixed effects meta-analysis. So, I am looking for the right packages and documentation. I know about meta and rmeta packages of R. Are there any more? What are the diffrences in brief? Can you please suggest some references that could be used as a guide for meta-analysis in R (or S-plus)? Thank you! [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Why Clang is unpacking my StructType Function arguments
...*,[2 x i32]) and when caller is using this function, an alloca with type Type4 is bitcasted to [2 x i32]*, loaded and then passed as argument. It would be great if someone could tell me how to tell clang from unpacking my arguments and if that's not possible , the correct way to handle this diffrence. Hopefully an easy error bar question
...few grapghs where the y variable is different but on all the X variable is Age (Adult and Juvenile) however this is split into two levels so i have males and females, so my graph basically has four bars on it. I know how to add eror bars for instance when there is only one level eg lookng at the diffrence between male and female lizards and tree height and have used the code: error.bars<-function(yv,z,nn) { xv<- barplot(yv,ylim=c(0,(max(yv)+max(z))),names=nn,ylab=deparse(substitute(yv) )) g=(max(xv)-min(xv))/50 for (i in 1:length(xv)) { lines(c(xv[i],xv[i]),c(yv[i]+z[i],yv[i]-z[i])) lines(c...

vorbis+flac compression
It seems, that oggenc-ing audiofile, and then flac-ing diffrences between original file and vorbis compressed file gives a little better compression than simply flac-ing. I've tested it on one file only: file.wav 55829468 bytes flac -8 file.wav file.flac 37924329 bytes (0.6793 of original) oggenc file.wav file.ogg 4784799 bytes oggdec -o ogg.wav f...

Multiple Form Fields with Same Model?
...ot; }, :loading => "", :complete => "" ) %> The link_to_remote would use AJAX to insert the fields to add a new phone number, but the issue is that I don''t know how to incorporate an id or count field into the fields so controller can tell the diffrence between the fields in the params[]. I tried using the phones[] with ''[]'' based upon the agile book, first edition, pg 356 and the rails docs at http://api.rubyonrails.com/classes/ActionView/Helpers/FormHelper.html Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. __ Donnie

Diffrerence in "%in%" function to boundry setting via <>
...t until now) chosse between: Version1: > small.set <- set[set %in% seq(lb,up,by=0.001)] Version2: > small.set <- set[set >= lb & set <= up] Unfortunately with my data I used I got around 8000 values from my set with version1 but about 24000 with version2. IS there some main diffrence I didn't take into account or is my system just behaving irrational (that's what I think if you look at Example2)? I checked the behaviour under R-2.4.1 (Windows) and under 2.2.1 (Linux). The result was the same. Sincere regards Benjamin Otto -- Benjamin Otto Universitaetsklinikum Epp...

Question regarding lmer vs glmmPQL vs glmm.admb model on a negative binomial distributed dependent variable
...ing these two commands on the data set epil2 from glmmADMB package, I get very different results (I see that lmer gives SE twice as big as those returned glmmPQL) and I was wondering which algorithm is best suited for a highly skewed dependent variable (running these two commands on my data set the diffrence in SE estimation still remains, and I want to use a correct algorithm for my data set) .   Thank you very much and have a great day ahead!      Eugen Pircalabelu [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
