The two versions of samba are too differnet to simply copy the config and tdb files over to the new box and the Mandrake box won't upgrade past 3.0.10. I could really use some suggestions. I'm sorry. It's my fault. Only administrator can join a domain, so thats why I coudn't do it as different user. If I join the domain and restert windows 10, I can login as differnet user. I need to be able to see the selections on the screen. I tried system-config-display --reconfig and that works but I it selects the VESA generic. Has anyone been succesful pushing a VLAN setting to a Polycom phone via DHCP? I can push the boot server via option 66 but that is about it. I am using gconftool to set a number of parameters up automatically... However, the one parameter I cannot find is under root you should be able to set the "automatic login" on first boot up.
