Compatibility of GPL 2.0 licensed SSL library
Hi all, I'm wondering if the GPL-2.0 licensed mbedTLS (that's the version in OpenWrt) is 'compatible' with NUT binaries (not including the Python or Perl binaries which aren't used in OpenWrt) which is GPL 2.1+ AIUI. Because mbedTLS is the default library for OpenWrt and NSS is not yet in OpenWrt, and because OpenSSL is considered incompatible (I seem to recall reading that

But it puzzles me why capturing the random seed appears not to be sufficient. Am I overlooking something? Thanks for any guidance. X-axis with POSIXct dates
...OSIXct(1, test.dat$man.date, "%m %d, %Y") creates a tick mark and date label in the desired format, but only at Jan. 1, 2001. In other words, It controls what the label looks like, but not the number and spacing of labeled tick marks. Any ideas would be appreciated! Kernel drive_cmd error messages
Hi I realise this isn't strictly ext3 related, but I'm trying to find the meanings to some error messages that have started appearing in /var/log/messages on a RH73 system after a recent kernel upgrade (from 2.4.18-19.7 to 2.4.18-27.7). The kernel itself hasn't been modified, and is the stock RH release. The error messages in question are: Mar 19 23:21:26 spike kernel: hda:

Roaming profiles and Win2K
I've been all through the Samba in 24 hours book as well as the How-To-Collection.pdf file and several other resources. I've got samba doing file sharing and authentication as a PDC for a couple of Win2K boxes (95/98 to come later). The machines can authenticate just fine. Problem is that when they log off, I get the following error: Windows cannot update your roaming profile.
