Windows permissions
...dows boxes but I have no idea what to change to fix them. All winexe examples I seen seem to presume that connections will work and don't say what to do when they don't. Or you could put the unset into .ssh/rc, or if you use a key to connect from JuiceSSH to machine1 you could add the restrict keyword to the corresponding authorised_keys line

...It may be a Fedora peculiarity, but I almost never encounter any SSH agent on my systems.
