Portal crashes when I click new game.
I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 with the newest version of Wine. I'm relatively new to Linux, but I do understand the basics of terminal. I have Portal installed on the Steam platform in Ubuntu through Wine, and when I open it, it all starts up beautifully, but when it gets to the main menu, some objects are missing in the background and you can see some glitched up areas. Centos 4.3 and Card Reader
CentOS 4.3 (fully updated, including CentOS Plus kernel).
Running KDE 3.5.2 (fully updated from redhat.kde repo).
I can't seem to get the OS to recognize my SD card when inserted into my USB
card reader. Mepis 6 Beta 3 has no problem with it. DMESG sees nothing
happening when the card is inserted. USB-STORAGE module is loaded.
