[patch 00/43] lguest: Patches for 2.6.24 (and patchbomb test)
Hi all, These are the patches I'm planning to submit for 2.6.24. Comments gratefully accepted. Along with the usual cleanups and improvements are Jes' de-i386-ification patches, and a new "virtio" mechanism designed to be shared with KVM (and hopefully other hypervisors). Cheers, Rusty. How to remove OST permanently?
All, I''ve added a new 2.2 TB OST to my cluster easily enough, but this new disk array is meant to replace several smaller OSTs that I used to have of which were only 120 GB, 500 GB, and 700 GB. Adding an OST is easy, but how do I REMOVE the small OSTs that I no longer want to be part of my cluster? Is there a command to tell luster to move all the file stripes off one of the nodes?

[RFC v4 0/3] vhost: introduce mdev based hardware backend
This RFC is to demonstrate below ideas, a) Build vhost-mdev on top of the same abstraction defined in the virtio-mdev series [1]; b) Introduce /dev/vhost-mdev to do vhost ioctls and support setting mdev device as backend; Now the userspace API looks like this: - Userspace generates a compatible mdev device; - Userspace opens this mdev device with VFIO API (including doing IOMMU

[RFC PATCH v1 00/16] Convert all ttm drivers to use the new reservation interface
This series depends on the previously posted reservation api patches. 2 of them are not yet in for-next-fences branch of git://git.linaro.org/people/sumit.semwal/linux-3.x.git The missing patches are still in my vmwgfx_wip branch at git://people.freedesktop.org/~mlankhorst/linux All ttm drivers are converted to the fence api, fence_lock is removed and rcu is used in its place. qxl is the first

[PATCH 00/17] Convert TTM to the new fence interface.
This series applies on top of the driver-core-next branch of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/driver-core.git Before converting ttm to the new fence interface I had to fix some drivers to require a reservation before poking with fence_obj. After flipping the switch RCU becomes available instead, and the extra reservations can be dropped again. :-) I've done at least basic

P2V: Headless support
This introduces support to run P2V without X server. Runtime parameters are specified via kernel command line making it hopefully suitable for automated migration with a little help of PXE boot. Patchset is not squashed and represents dev. history.
