Storing RTP in Ogg
...for compliance checks.
> Should I consider libogg2 for a commercial app due mid-year?
I wouldn't recommend it. It would be fine if you want to spend some time
on qa and bug fixing, but it's not nearly as well tested as libogg. Not
that it wouldn't be great to have an application developr pushing it
along.

...help? Is there a better diagnostic tool than Domain
Monitor? Should I be able to write my own pgm to formulate one of
these packets and fire it at the DMB and get a response? Which exact
document am I going to have to read to figure that out? I went to
MS's SMB site (ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/developr/drg/CIFS/) and grabbed
most of the SMB docs, but where is this info buried? The docs don't
seem to have tables of contents or indexes and Ghostview can't search
the postscript files for text strings.
Here are the notes I wrote before deciding to just ship this problem

Toggling access denied when writing/deleting
Hello,
I have very weired access denied problem with Samba.
Problem description:
I have a NAS with Samba as a file server installed. Samba works fine as
expected several days ago. I could write, read and delete files on the
share. After copying files from a Win10 client to the server I can only
read the files from the Samba share, but I can not copy new files to the
share nor delete files

Storing RTP in Ogg
Hello learned ogg folks, and welcome to 2007. Sadly I am back at work
already, and I'd like to seek your advice.
We need to store raw RTP packets on disk as they are received from the
network. There will be multiple streams of media--at least one audio
and one video--that all need to go in the same file. We have decided to
use ogg because it is the simplest container format that meets our

Samba Team Asks Novell to Reconsider
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
The Samba Team disapproves strongly of the actions taken
by Novell on November 2nd.
One of the fundamental differences between the proprietary
software world and the free software world is that the
proprietary software world divides users by forcing them
to agree to coercive licensing agreements which restrict
their rights to share with each other,

Patches for OpenSSH 2.5.2p2: evaluate /etc/default/login, makefiles manpages
Dear developers of OpenSSH,
first of all I want to thank you for your excellent work on OpenSSH!
I have compiled OpenSSH 2.5.2p2 on Sun Solaris 2.6 and Sun Solaris 8
and discovered some problems.
The first is that OpenSSH doesn't evaluate the file /etc/default/login
which contains some flags and parameters for the login process.
On important parameter is the default value for PATH.
As we
