[PATCH v3] pci: prevent putting nvidia GPUs into lower device states on certain intel bridges
but setting the PCI_DEV_FLAGS_NO_D3 flag does prevent using the
platform means of putting the device into D3cold, right? That's
actually what should still happen, just the D3hot step should be
skipped.

Sparse LUN's

Apparently, I should be able to add a line to modprobe.conf that allows
sparse LUNs. So I followed the instructions and added
options scsi_mod dev_flags="SUN:CSM200_R:0x040" max_luns=20
and rebuilt initrd. This doesn't seem to work, as only LUN 0 is
configured by the OS despite LUN 9 also being unmasked.
I've also tried
options scsi_mod default_dev_flags=0x040 max_luns=20
in modprobe.conf with no luck

adding a new flag?
I would put the parent_broken_child_pm() logic here, if possible,

[PATCH] Support Function Level Reset (FLR) in the xen-pciback module (v1) and some fixes.
The attached patches allow the pciback module to perform a reset whenever
a PCI device is:
- attached to the pciback module, as so:
