First time class problems
Hi, I''ve just had my very first attempt of making a JavaScript class, "prototype" style, so please bare with me, for any disastrous errors :-) Anyway, I''ve made this class, which is called on an input field on focus: http://pastebin.com/487417 It works fine in FireFox, but causes some problems in IE. My question is regarding line 69 in the paste. What is

sharpen modifier table
Does anyone understand the SharpenModifier table in pp.c, used in the Block Dering filter? Our general program has been to move any data tables required by the decoder into the third setup (or 'table') packet to allow future encoder flexibility. Yesterday I committed changes to the reference implementation to include the limit value table used by the in-loop filter w...

Name based SSH proxy
I am working on a proxy which can be hosted on a single IP address and dispatch requests to different backends depending on which hostname the client used to connect to this IP address. Currently such a proxy can be build to support HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, and DNS. However SSH support is impossible due to the ssh client not sending the information such a proxy would need. I am not the first to want

Using two agents
As far as I can tell when the ssh command uses an agent to authenticate to a server and then forwards an agent to that server, it will always use the same agent for both purposes. Has there been any attempt to make it possible for the ssh command to use two different agents, such that I can use one agent to authenticate and then forward a different agent to the server? -- Kasper Dupont --

I haven't seen any of the work done in those areas. But considering how little traction DNSSEC has, I would imagine that DNS privacy initiatives would take decades to get any traction. If you have any pointers, I am very curious as to exactly how they intend to do get any privacy into the DNS protocol. > > I think the ProxyCommand Kasper ended up describin...

Same "suggestion" div for multiple autocompletes
Hi, I have this problem when using the ajax autocomplete control. I use the same div for several "categories" of suggestions, but it seems to remember the old suggestions. The suggestion div flickers, and usually ends up showing the previous suggestions. Is there some sort of method for avoiding this? One would of course be to make a div for each suggestion category, but that
