Problem with DemoCD 1.2
Hello.
I''ve downloaded and burned the Xen DemoCD 1.2. It boots fine,
and generally seems to work well. However, when I try to create
a domain via xc_dom_create.py I get an ImportError (from a python module
I''m guessing). Problem is that it can''t open the libxc.so.1.2 shared object.

demo cd lacks usb-support
Hi,
i tried to boot the democd, and failed - well, i couldn''t type, since
i''m using a usb-keyboard. I''d expect that HID-device-support is
statically compiled in, but it doesn''t seem to be that way.
Of course, i than used a PS2-keyboard, but just for the next democd: you
should deliver it with...

I''d normally recommend installing Xen onto a standard
Redhat/Debian/SuSE distribution rather than using the DemoCD as
to make the thing fit we had to leave some useful stuff off.

* Minimum kernel/memory usage for domU
The goal with this solution is to enable students to run as many virtual
routers (using Quagga) as possible within the same computer. Therefore,
the memory usage inside domU needs to be minimized. Using the demoCD
2.0.6, I found out that 19MB ram were used after all services and
running processes were stopped. Is this the absolute minimum or is it
possible to reclaim further more memory? Is the ramdrive actuallty
needed? If so, how small can I push it?
* Memory required for dom0
Is there a formula or so...
