How to cross-compile for ARC in clang?
Oh, that's what I was afraid of. So there is definetly no way to compile for ARC? If so, should I write ARC.h(.cpp) in lib/Basic/Targets in order to make it work? чт, 27 сент. 2018 г. в 14:47, Tim Northover <t.p.northover at gmail.com>: > Hi, > > On Thu, 27 Sep 2018 at 12:41, Павел Безбородов via llvm-dev > <llvm-dev at lists.llv...

No, I should've mentioned it: this is Debian unstable x86_64, and wxwidgets is definetely 64-bit. Maybe its just something messed up on my system (had 2.9.1 in /usr/local/). Willtry removing that and reinstalling 2.8. --Edwin

Openvpn and samba: play nice together?
You definetly need a TAP connection to make samba work over VPN. We use OpenVPN host2net-accounts created with IPCop here since quite a while and it works with samba without problems. However, the speed is of course not as fast as in local net, but this is rather related to the way the SMB-protocoll works. ;-)...

Yeah, that's the end of the whole process where you can be sure the host processed all requests definetly. -- Thanks, David / dhildenb

Summary of mails concerning R help system
Hi, here's a short summary of all the mails I got concerning the R help system during the last days ... I really want to have all open questions in this list, so if I forgot your most important topic please forgive (and remind me again) ... it's probably only because of lack of time such that I had to compile the list in a hurry ... Ok, here we go: 1) It would be useful to have a button

OT: Sendmail question
Hi, all I want voicemails to be delivered to recepients by e-mail. I have set up voicenail, and I can see asterisk is using sendmail to send messages out. Using Ethereal, I can see that messages are leaving my network, but receipeint mail server never replies back. As a result, mail delivery is timed out. I got a book on sendmail and it looks quite complex. It will take quite a bit of time

Ruby on HP-UX B.11.11 (11iv1)
Hello I am hoping to deploy Puppet 0.25.0 within our Unix infrastructure. One of our systems runs on HP-UX B.11.11 (HP-UX 11iv1), I am having trouble getting ruby to run on this platform. The version of ruby that is available on the HP-UX Software Archive (http://hpux.connect.org.uk/) is 1.8.4, however puppet generates an error when it starts up. I have attempted to build 1.8.7 from

[ggplot] trouble with ggabline and log-log-plots
...intercept=0) print(pl1) ## no line in plot :( I can produce plots as I want, if I transform all values before plotting, like this: pl2 <- qplot(log10(correlFunc), log10(correlFunc.ref), data=all) pl2 <- ggabline(pl2, slope=1, intercept=0) print(pl2) ## ah, I see the line, cool! But this is definetly not nice and I cannot imagine ggplot is meant to be used like this. Furthermore, I would desperately like see ticks in the form of expression(10^2). Is there some way acheiving this without to much work or did I overlook an option within the docs? Well, my versions are ggplot 0.4.0, R 2.3.1 on ubu...

[ggplot] controlling axis and major/minor tick marks
...black which I thought to acheive with the option axis.colour="black". However, this had no real effect on the plot. Then I found grid.colour which I changed to black as well. Now I got my axis as I wanted them, but ggplot now draws the grid inside the plot with black lines as well, which definetly do not want to appear. So how can I get a black border around my plots? Furthermore, I would like to indicate positions of major and minor ticks in my plots. Where can I do this? Thanks in advance. Greetings, Sebastian Ah, I use R 2.3.1 and ggplot 0.4.0, if that is important ...

xen - 4 concurrent virtual DomU limitation - how to increae this? (centos 5 x86_64)
Is there a switch or config setting somewhere that would allow me to start up more than the default 4 xen DomU instances? I am finding that the CentOS 5 (x86_64) installation only allows me to start up 4 virtual machines at a time. (It is definetly not a lack of cpu resources, memory or disk space.) Any help or pointers, would be much appreciated. Regards, -- Urs Rau

Fwd: Re: Fixed Point on wideband-mode: Single Frame loss on 2000 Hz sine causes "freak off"
Hi again, I tested lower cumul_gain limit values. In fact, I reduced the value to 240000, 230000, 220000, ..., 20000, 10000, 5000, 2000, 1000, 500. (quality 7, complexity 2) For input signal 2000 Hz, the values 190000, 130000, 60000, and 1000 look o.k., all others don't. For 500, the (zoomed out) waveform shows some kind of amplitude ripple -- i think, this value is definetely too low. I

Once I created distribution groups in the OU I was able to freely assing users to them and remove them as required. Now this is definetly not best pratice, but until the same is possible in an easy way with Security Groups this will well serve the purpose. Cheers & best, Andreas PS: Marc thx a lot for your help before - since I read a bit more about GIT, I know understand much better the Samba4 building howto and how...

spurious domian login problems
We have a few win9x workstations, that have spurious login problems. They get the message: No domain server was available to validate your password you may not be able to gain access to some network resources. The passwords are definetly correct and the problem will sometimes disappear after 5 - 10 retries, but almost always after a full restart of the win9x PC, very occasionally it takes as many as 5 reboots before it logs in to the domina again. All I can find in the log.nmbd file around that time is a "code = 0x0"...

upssched problem on NUT 2.4.3
Hello, I am currently building a new server using debian amd64. Therefore I need to use my UPS EATON Evolution 1550 on it, using usbhid-ups driver. I installed nut with apt (version 2.4.3-1.1squeeze1) on debian 2.6.32-5 amd64. I can currently use nut with the drivers, upsc and upsmon: my UPS is detected and works. Actually everything works except upssched: I can shut down the server using
