Wine just won't work! Baffled.
...'t remember how it's done. Come to think of it, the timing could have been when I changed to kernel 2.4 test releases, or even when I upped to XFree4. Are any of these known to cause problems? 460 GTX performance on SC 2
Hello, I'm trying to play SC2 with the following setup, and it's only playable with the lowest settings. I think I've already put in most of the tweaks that people typically point to. Can I get advice on how I can get reasonable fps for higher settings? Here's my setup: GTX 460 1GB Intel Q6600 2.40ghz Quadcore 3gb memory nvidia 260.19.06 wine 1.3.3 screen resolution:

Trouble with Wine-20010216
I've been using various versions of Wine for a year or so, and up to 20001026 I've had no problems. However, I just tried building 20010216 and my lucky streak came to an end. Now when I try to run anything, I get the following error messages: err:module:BUILTIN32_dlopen failed to load .so lib for builtin user32.dll: /usr/local/lib/libkernel32.so: undefined symbol:

authentication problems with pam_mkhomedir
Hi! I'm struggling with pam_mkhomedir. Accounts are stored in LDAP (CentOS Directory Server AKA 389 Directory Server). I am not pre-creating user home directories, and would like to use the pam_mkhomedir module to create the directories on the fly, when a user is authenticated via pop3s. pam_mkhomedir is working for interactive (e.g. SSH logins), but I don't want to require users to
