...rge tracts of registry entries to stuff in, and adding them via Edit/new in regedit is an absolute PITA and unworkably slow. I have files from exported from a win98 registry (via windoze regedit) with the correct info. I need to add because programs are not finding installed packages. One executable, multiple data sources
I have an application that I am running in Wine, which is the newsreader Agent. When I ran it in Windows, I had one executable file, but multiple data sources, each in its own directory. This let me connect to different news servers, for instance, or have different combinations of newsgroups. In Windows, I could do this by creating different shortcuts, and configuring each one to "Open

Run-time error
Hi. I'm trying to get a Windows application working on Wine 0.9.29 on Ubuntu 6.10. I saved all .dll files and the registry variables the program asked for, but now the program shows me a "Run-time error '3633'", without showing any error on the console. How I can debug this error to understand which file or another thing is missing? Could you help me, please? Thank

Winlink Airmail Help
Hello All. I was running Winlink Airmail fine for several months. Somewhere between up grading Wine and Xubuntu I lost the ability to see what I was typing when writing a new e-mail. The text is there but it cannot be seen. If I miss spell and use the spell checker it will appear. When the spell checker is finished the printing disappears again. This is a built-in spell checker in Airmail.
