Troubles running compiz
...point me to the proper mailing
list if there is any ...
So, after a lot of troubles and tribulations i got compiz to finally
load and not crash my drivers, i'm using a Dell D610 laptop with an
ATI mobility radeon X300.
At first sight it seems that everything is working just ok, i get my
window decations loaded and nothing crashes :-D, but, if i try any
keybindings, if i try to move or resize the windows, it wont work, i
don't know what the problem might be. I'm using compiz from GIT as of
today and this is the command i'm using to launch it:
export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1

normal distribution assumption for multi-level modelling
Hello,
I'm analysing reaction time data from a linguistic experiment (a variant of
a lexical decision task). To ascertain that the data was normally
distributed, I used *shapiro.test *for each participant (see commands
below), but only one out of 21 returns a p value above p.0 05.

I'm trying to fit a linear model to data with a binary dependent
variable (i.e. Target.ACC: accuracy of response) using lrm, and
thought I would start from the most complex model (of which
"sample1.lrm1" is

hardware / bandwidth requirements
Hi there!!
Any body can drop me some information about the hardware and bandwidth
requirements to setup an icecast server to stream real time video
using OGG/Theora? I'll setup an production server, and need to
calculate an estimate number of maximum clients connections to the
server.
thanks in advance,
zea
