Bug#785187: [PATCH] xen: earlycpio: Pull in latest linux earlycpio.[ch]
...pears to fix Debian bug #785187. "Appears" because my test box happens to be AMD and the issue is that the (valid) cpio generated by the Intel ucode is not liked by the old Xen code. I've tested by hacking the hypervisor to look for the Intel path. Bug#269959: logcheck-database: courier ignore.d.server contains word from violations.d list
Package: logcheck-database Version: 1.2.26 Severity: normal Hi, the file courier contains the line: ^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ pop3d-ssl: Unexpected SSL connection shutdown\.$ This triggers the security logcheck section because of the word "shutdown". Quick fix is to move or duplicate this line to violations.ignore.d/logcheck-courier. BTW: It looks like the courier package

Bug#514335: logcheck-database: Nagios rules don't match the new nagios3 version
Package: logcheck-database Severity: normal Tags: patch The rules in /etc/ignore.d/server/nagios contain the explicit version number "2". Now that lenny includes nagios3, those rules don't work anymore. Please change the rules to work for both nagios2 and 3. That can easily be done by replacing the 2 by (2|3) for example. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT

Package: xen-system-amd64 Version: 4.6.0-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable Dear Maintainer, I installed fresh from ALPHA5, no UEFI, with two disks. Each disk got a partition for /boot and one for /, joined each by RAID 1. Then I just installed "xen-system-amd64", nothing more. After rebooting, selecting on grub to boot XEN, it hangs on mdadm: no devices

Bug#785187: xen-hypervisor-4.5-amd64: Option ucode=scan is not working
Package: xen-hypervisor-4.5-amd64 Version: 4.5.0-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, according to the documentation the option ucode=scan should tell XEN to look for a microcode update in an uncompressed initrd. While I don?t use the Debian kernel the tools to generate the initrd are part of Debian. The command ?cpio -i < /boot/initrd.img-4.0.2-Dom0? creates the directory structure
