DC++ crashes with current CVS wine

file is really there and it really shows something important:

FreeBSD and wine DVD/CD read errors
Hi,
I am currently running FreeBSD 5.4 and Wine 20050310. When I startup
Wine with DVDShrink, I get the following output to the terminal:

Problem getting dcgui-qt to work through shorewall
My dcgui-qt (chat/file-sharing program) doesn''t work and I''m pretty sure it''s my firewall settings.
dcgui-qt is a direct connect (file sharing & chat) client.
According to the FAQ here

wine20050310 DC++ 0.670 -Is Active mode possible?

I've looked at the sample config file in the source tree, but there's no
option like "allow incomming connections" or something like that.
Is it possible to let DC++ accept incoming connections?
