Unable to transfer ForestDns/DomainDNS
This is the output of that command.

I have never used dcpromo, but from my dealings with microsoft, dcpromo
probably is another name for dcdelete :-D

From what you posted earlier, the domain already points to the new DC,
you just need to get the DNS fsmo roles.
