Problem with dc-nics 10,11
...r going out. Monitoring from an external system, this is the same. According to the blinkinglights on the switch in between (also tried a hub), pings from the other machine (or arp-requests if I don't use a permanent entry) etc are send to the correct cable. As everything works from dc0 up to dc9, I'd suspect some sort of internal name mismatching (like counting devices hexadecimal (dca) versus decimal (dc10)). This is on an older system (4.6-STABLE). If someone had a similar problem and it is now fixed in 4.8-STABLE, please let me know. Couldn't find a PR for this... Regards, Hol...

Paired Weighted Wilcoxon test in R
Hi DC9, As no one has answered, I would say that as both the survey package and Professor Lumley are widely respected, that is as good as it gets. Jim On Fri, Jun 23, 2017 at 7:26 PM, Dreams Collector <dreamscollector9 at gmail.com> wrote: > Dear R-users, > > I?m trying to perform a non-p...

Paired Weighted Wilcoxon test in R
Dear R-users, I?m trying to perform a non-parametric statistical pairwise comparison of two samples "x" and "y" using the Wilcoxon test in R, but each of the pairs have a weight associated. An example of my data is the following one: set.seed(9) x <- sample(x = c(1:100), size = 20, replace = TRUE) y <- sample(x = c(1:100), size = 20, replace = TRUE) weight <-

Resilience inquiry: What happens to samba clients if a domain controller fails?
Hello folks, I have been asked about the resilience of samba clients when faced with a domain controller failure. My client's environment has multiple Windows Domain Controllers (we'll call them dc1 - dc9). Assuming that domain replication operates as expected (and does, from Windows workstation point of view), what should I expect if (when) the domain controller that initiated a kerberos ticket or provided active directory authentication fails? I have not been able to test this properly, as my dev...
