The problem is this:
sub datecompare {
$a gt $b;
}
This function should return -1,0,1 and not true/false.
It should be:
sub datecompare {
$a cmp $b;
}

rsyncstats
...is a rewritten rsynctats of the version which ships with rsync
2.5.6. No new features, just some things fixed:
o -l <depth> works for other values than 2
o -h, -t, -d can be switched on, the old version didn't allow -h and
-t to be off... default is off for all now!
o datecompare() didn't sort correclty (at least for me ;-))
o output of MB limited to 3 digits after the ., so no more
0.0153874907484 MB transfers ;-)
o removed unused faccompare()
This version also now uses 'Getopt::Std' and 'strict' and perl runs with
-w.
