Hi! I am having same issue but I am running Ubuntu v16.04. It does not mount during boot, but works if I mount it manually. I've change the root=LABEL=/ to use the /dev/sda2, and it did not work. Does anyone has any ideas what causes the system not to boot? Thanks.
