Can't mount dir as read/write
Hi. Trying to mount a Win2k drive as read/write, but when it gets mounted I
can't actually write to the drive.
Command I'm using is:
su -c "mount -t smbfs //nbgwu5/upload /home/darose/mnt/nbgwu5 -o
rw,username=crosen,password=*****,workgroup=demo"
Result of the mount is:
//nbgwu5/upload on /home/darose/mnt/nbgwu5 type smbfs (0)
I can read from the drive, but not write to it. I've checked the permissions
on the Win2K box on that shared dir and it's set to Everyo...

Setting for deleting old messages from Trash?
Hi.
Just switched to Dovecot from Courier last week and have been very
pleased so far. The conversion was extremely painless, and I only hit a
few small configuration issues before I was able to get the server up
and running. Since then, I've been quite pleased - Dovecot's been very

secureshell@securityfocus.com mailing list down?
I joined the secureshell at securityfocus.com mailing list yesterday, and
posted a message, but it doesn't seem like it ever made it to the list.
Anyone know if it's down?
Tnx,
DR

In recent days, dovecot's "imap" processes keep getting stuck. Each
time I check my server (running dovecot 1.1.7) there's a bunch of "imap"
processes (sometimes 2 of them, sometimes 4, sometimes 6) that are using
all of the box's CPU.
And worse, there's no way to kill the processes either (neither kill -15
or kill -9 works), which means that I wind up
