...a finalizar, y como he comentado antes, a mi tu archivo de prueba me funciona perfectamente. Los pasos correctos para procesar el archivo son pasarlo a traves de Knitr (knit("Prueba.Rnw") y después compilar el .tex con LaTeX (en Win ni idea, yo lo he procesado con pdflatex y ni un error).
