Asterisk H.323, Cisco IOS Gatekeeper(s) intra-zone call routing and TETRA
Stephan, Ok, I'll re-state the problem... I have two devices that I want to talk to each other: 1. an Asterisk PBX 2. a Damm Cellular TETRAFLEX digital radio system (www.damm.dk) both devices are effectively "gateways" because they have many subscribers behind them. The Damm Cellular system controller is based on Windows-XP Embedded and its sub-systems used the OpenH323

Damm Small Solaris
Hi, for what it''s worth: There''s now a new Live CD for Solaris called Damm Small Solaris: http://www.sunhelp.ru/archives/179-Damn_Small_Solaris_0.1.1_English_Page.html In contrast to Belenix this Live CD works in Qemu - even without kqemu load the performance is not so bad. One important missing are the network driver for the network adapter emulated by Qemu. But they

constantly increasing load in Asterisk 11.14 (Sebastian Damm)
Have you considered doing a daily reboot? In our shop (about 14 sites, busiest doing about 90 000 calls per day) we found it best to reboot each Asterisk instance at 23:45 - we're still running an ancient version (1.8.0.11). Once this regime was instituted our major Asterisk issues stopped, especially load-related issues linked to uptime. Note that we do not just restart the Asterisk

Help sought: Asterisk H.323, Cisco IOS Gatekeeper(s) intra-zone call routing and TETRA
All, I'm haveing a bit of trouble getting my head around H.323 and call routing with Gatekeepers, Zones and intra-zone calls - hopefully someone who is more informed in things H.323 will be able to point me in the right direction...? I already have a mature network of Asterisk boxes dotted around the UK and overseas with hundreds of extensions and our own number-plan/dial-plan in the form

smbldap-useradd problem
...e). If I leave the option -a of smbldap-useradd, the command completes with no error but off course my new user isn't a Windows user then (pretty useless). So it's not an LDAP permissions issue since the object /is/ created. very slow boot: stuck at mounting zfs filesystems
...in a bit of a panic about how to solve this permanently - after all the last thing I want is not being able to restore data one day because it takes days to boot the machine. [LLVMdev] backend question
...x = getelementptr [129 x i16]* @flags, i16 0, i16 %i.043 When I generate assembler code, this now results in %i.043 being multiplied by 2 in the address calculation which result in a shift being emitted. How can I avoid this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jacques Van Damme. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... invalid SID in passdb on stand-alone file server with ldapsam
hello! I got some log message I can't explain. when I log in to a server it says: [2011/07/12 14:20:41.784580, 0] passdb/passdb.c:627(lookup_global_sam_name) User frvdamme with invalid SID S-1-5-21-2863620551-4077714424-203869783-5020 in passdb It's a standalone file server, no domain, and the password backend is (open)ldap. Samba is version 3.5.6 on Debian 6.0. Using the server actually works well, I can allow/deny access to shares based on groups etc. But I ca...

troubleshooting resource collection
Hi, I''m new to Puppet. And I''m trying out an ssh module: https://github.com/saz/puppet-ssh. It collects ssh keys like this: class ssh::knownhosts { Sshkey <<| |>> { ensure => present, } notify{"knownhosts class: $fqdn $hostname $ipaddress ":} } I can see it echoes the host key of the host the puppet agent runs on. But the

[libtremor] ov_read is reading past file size
I have a wav file which has been converted to an ogg file with libvorbis via ffmpeg. However I've tested a few files just to make sure. I run a standard while loop to using ov_read to pull all the data out of ogg file. Using 4096 as the size to read each call. Watching my debug logs it is reading 2048 bytes each call. When I load the wav file the data chunk for the pcm data is 167680
