Hi, I have troubles when trying to login to my SAMBA Domain, joinung the workstations to the domain was no problem, browsing shares is no problem, but no damain login. ...th win2000 to the pdc then the workstation gets registered in ldap with the following entry: (i am using smbldap-useradd.pl -w -d /dev/null -g computers -c 'Computer Account' -s /bin/false %u) which seems to me to be ok, but the workstation tells me that it couldn't get attached to the damain. In the samba logs i can see that samba has found the workstation but then i get a: get_md4pw: Workstation nomicro$: no account in domain I've already googled for this problem - found something but o solution ? Ok I am kind of new to this and still got a lot of learning to go. This once has been kicking me for about a week! I can browse workgroups, but not the domain.
