freebsd hangs when install on centos6.5

hangs.
My cpu&memory information:
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v2 @ 3.00GHz
Mem: 132189664
My qemu-kvm command:
/usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -name testbsd -M rhel6.5.0 -enable-kvm -m
