...workstations when there is only one user using it, when another user try to use the same program it starts to get very slow. ...user it says "Can't set a name to the 10001 group". Remember that my server is a Samba 2.2.5 and the workstation is Samba 2.2.6. What is wrong?? Wasn't winbind supposed to share usernames and group information as well?? Tanks very much for the help and sorry for the long email.. Cyro Brazil

I tryed and the users are working fine, but the groups that i use to my windows shares are not, where do i set on the samba server wich groups are my domain groups, is it possible?? ...omething in smb.conf??? My other problem is that i still get errors when mounting windows directories on mandrake 8.2, someone told me this was a problem with 2.4.18 kernel, is it right??
