Help please : make buildworld fails when upgrading to 4.8 stable
Hi,
I can't build the world. I have an error in SSL, with today cvs
sources. Here is the error :
/usr/src/secure/lib/libssl/../../../crypto/openssl/ssl/bio_ssl.c: In

cvsup error (again)
Dear all,
i just cvsup my machine yesterday.
but when i tried to make build kernel it shown this message :
config: /usr/src/sys/i386/conf/TRISTANIA:52: devices with zero units are not likely to be correct
*** Error code 1
every time i remarked those line, it came up with another error on
another line on my kernel.
could you please tell me what should i do? because it's a production
box.

Are people using puppet in production?
...tc does most of that
test that it worked
fix it if it breaks - log into the host, fiddle with stuff till it works.
My other confusion is how I would lay out my svn repository. I
currently have something that looks like this:

4.8 buildworld compilation problem: kdump
Hi,
I have a 4.7-RELEASE system.
I used the following cvsupfile to update my system:
*default host=cvsup2.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs
*default tag=RELENG_4_8
*default delete use-rel-suffix
src-all
*default tag=.
I then proceeded to do:
cd /usr/src
make buildworld
I got a bunch of errors which occurred wh...
