488 Not Acceptable Here
I have a whole bunch of remote devices connected to my Asterisk box,
including SPA-3000s, PAP2-NAs and Cisco 7960s. The PAP2-NAs I have only
rolled out recently and I am having a problem that is intermittent and
inconsistent.
It happens to some users but not other users on the same ISP. It happens to
users in 2 different countries where the Internet setup (NAT issues) are

zaptel witch smp
Hi everyone
I installed Linux Conectiva 10 with SMP (SYMETRIC MULTIPROCESSORS) support -
kernel 2.6.11.11 and the zaptel-1.0.7 modules. I got load the wcte11xp module
no problems, but when I try to remove this, all the system crash, without any
error message.
With Kernel compiled to support just one processor, everything works fine
(installation and remove of wcte11xp).

bandwidth cosume - iax
When I'm connected with two clients in the same LAN of the asterisk server
using the same codec and the IAX protocol, I have no media passing through
the asterisk. But, when these clients are on the Internet, all the media
flow pass through the asterisk server. Is that way that it works? I can't
see what is the difference.

Messaging - Asterisk presence
Is there some configuration or specific extension in the asterisk to send
instant messages between two SIP clients? I'm using the eyebeam and this
service is not working!
