commands parameters invoked so far and, came to the conclusion that -L does
not stand with -l , think that i couldn't find in any docs or faq so far.
Now, symlinks are being copied without a trouble.

rsyncd.conf chroot yes problem with symlink-ing
...s like :
rsync -vrulpHEtzhi4ogk -L
--copy-links rsync://root at 10.99.1.1::/home /home/
and the symlink message
:
root at ph:/# rsync -vrulpHEtzhi4ogk -L --copy-links --del
rsync://root at 10.99.1.1::/home /home/
