Problem SAVING and LOADING documents in Crossoffice Wine Word97
Dear friends:
I am using PCLINUXOS version .92.
My problem, simply put, is that I cannot SAVE or LOAD documents in
MSWord97 using the older Codeweavers Crossover Office Wine 1.3.5.
Thinking the problem might be resolved in the latest Crossover Office 5,
I downloaded the Tryout version but the same problem occurs (i.e. at

Unhandled page fault ... NIghtmare
Hello,
All day long I have been trying to run a 32 bit application (a
dictionary software) needed by some users.
Unless I succeed, I will have to move some users from Linux to Windows
(it scares me and makes me angry).
I tried with three different PCs and wine versions including CrossOffice

In all environments I get almost the same outpu...

Overiding builtin DLL's for Dreamweaver
Trying to get DW to run and ran into a snag.
I installed it on a Windoze machine and copied the directory over, and
then copied all the dll's I could find in that directory to my system
and system32 directories on the fake drive.
When I go to run DW it crashes with javascript errors. Wine then core
dumps. When I run this from a terminal window I see some errors pop
up as it goes along.

running VBA code/macros within Linux
Hi,
.
I know you can run Windows applications using WINE (winehq.com), but has
anyone tried, say, running Word or Excel VBA code/macros based on Windows
run time libraries?
.
the thing is that in their faq
(http://www.winehq.com/site/docs/wine-faq/index) they don't even mention
this possibility and searching on; VBA Word, doesn't give you any hits,
even though WINE does link to windows
