Hi, is there a way in Centos to find out if the Intel turbo mode will be used? Using the 'stress' utility and checking the frequency with cpupower tells me that a CPU is running at it?s maximum frequency as reported by cpupower --- and this frequency is less than the frequency it would run at if it used the turbo mode. Hi list, I'm using C7 and noticed that cpu freq is enabled with governor conservative. I've used cpupower utils for governor change, but at the next boot it restart with conservative governor. I've tried also to start cpupower service and setting OPT in /etc/sysconfig/cpupower but it does not works. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance

...we could as well do it in the HV''s xen/arch/x86/traps.c:pv_cpuid(). Also when the Dom0 VCPUs are pinned, we could allow this, but I am not sure if it''s worth to do so. Awaiting your comments.
