When trying to find other documentation on my switch mode woes, I didn't see too many other mentions of switch mode, but I feel it might be a useful nugget of information nonetheless. reconsider SRP, it's way cool
I just joined the list, and I see in the archives that about a month ago there was a brief discussion of SRP, but it was dismissed. I urge people to take a look at this site: http://srp.stanford.edu/srp/ It's very cool. Let's say I'm on vacation visiting a friend, and I want to log in to my account back home. I trust my friend's machine, but I don't have my home

Help with 'switch' mode
Hello, I've been using tinc v1.0 for the last few weeks in router mode - to great success. It's EXACTLY what I was looking for in a VPN at the time - most of the security of IPSEC with none of the interoperability issues. However, a few days ago, I got a VOIP phone that doesn't use IP without paying several thousand extra dollars on top of what we've already spent on the phone

Ring Voltage Supplied by Wildcard TDM400P REV E/F & AUTO FXS/DPO
Hi; I'm trying to connect a TDM400P with an FXS module to a Valcom V-9940 Paging adaptor. This port on the TDM400P was connected to a 2500 Set and was working I just re-connected it to the Valcom (which is known to work on a Telco POTS line) and its not picking up. The Valcom docs say it need a minimum of 75 Volts at 20-30 Hz to recognize a call... So the question is what ring voltage
