When I attempt to apply corefonts under winetricks, I get a message saying: "Prefix creation exited with error You find a logfile to help with debugging on your desktop." I'm not entirely sure what this means, or where I should find said logfile to debug with. Any suggestions?

Even though the applications seem to run smoothly on the backend, there is no text displayed whatsoever. No text on buttons, no text in drop downs, no text anywhere, period. Whatever I want to do with wine is displayed with a very small font in italics. I need a magnifying glass to read any text. How can I change this for larger font and normal text? John

I've just installed wine after being away from it for a while (been using Cedega and CXOffice) and after using both winecfg and Sidenet Wine to configure and install, I have no fonts in dialog boxes and on Windows buttons. I installed flight simulator 98 using wine 1.0 and have fonts that look like chess pieces and zeros. The pull down menus are ok, but the dialog boxes are unreadable.
