icecast2 mp3 header missing

I?ve tried butt, which produced same result.
If I force ffmpeg to treat the stream as mp3 (-f mp3 in input options), it?s fast, but still reporting "header missing".
If you try this stream on chrome on any Android device, you?ll know what I mean by ?SLOW?.

...es not have confidence in the probed format. I guess that?s why the stream is so slow on Android.
I'm using ffmpeg + mp3fwd as source client. I?ve also tried LadioCast on OSX, and ffmpeg 2.4.2 stand alone without mp3fwd. The problem persists.
