Hi, I noticed the temperature of my laptop rises sharply during execution of a long R script that generates several hundred plots, all of them saved to files. No screen output. Temps reached above 90 Celsius degrees in the box and above 80 C deg in the processor. The machine turns on cooler at maximum speed and exhaled air is really hot. Could this be caused by the processor being damaged? Nothing has changed on the system, except for the heat warning shutoff when the water cooler died, and the system was not restarted until the new one was installed. I notice that I begin each project with a standard css file which is the one produced by scaffolding PLUS some other stuff. I could cut and paste a copy from an old project but I thought it would be "cooler" amongst other things (like more efficient) to just have the scaffold.css file be created for me. Is it possible?
