Peculiar one way convesation fault with Asterisk.
Dear Fellow Ast-Masters
Has any one here experienced the following issue (or similar).
Setup Description:
- Asterix Server - 192.168.1.10
- Analog Phone connected through FXS to Asterisk Box - (ext) 2000
- SoundPoint IP 300 - 192.168.1.2 - (ext) 4004
Problem:
I have a very basic sip.conf, extension.conf and zapata.conf.
Now when I try using 4004 my call doesn't go through. But if

Digit Convesion and Digit Insertion
Hi List;
How can I convert some digits to another digits, and
how I can insert in the end or in the begining some
digits, for example:
If I have a number like 11336784888, then I need to
replace each digit of value 1 by 5, how?
Also how can I add digits to the numbers like adding
00 in the beginning, so the dialed number becoming:
0011336784888 or adding digits (like 99) in the end of

MacOS X Server samba diffs
The source for the samba components in MacOS X Server is located at:
http://www.opensource.apple.com/tools/cvs ('samba' module)
The latest vendor branch is samba2.2.1a. The main branch
includes the following modifications (see diffs below)..
1) DirectoryService suport (encrypted authentication)
2) CFString usage (DOS code page <-> decomposed UTF8)
