Patches to ComboBox and ControlWithItems
This patch fixes Append and Insert so they work with the void *
argument. The typemap for this was fixed a long time ago, I guess these
changes either never got uploaded by me or I hadn''t gotten to these.

TreeCtrl item_data
The attached fixes set_item_data, get_item_data and some other methods
for the TreeCtrl so they work nicely with Ruby objects and GC.
In C++ Wx TreeCtrl item_data works differently from client_data in
classes derived from ControlWithItems (eg Choice, ListCtrl). A
one-to-one mapping of the way TreeCtrl works would mean that you would
have to derive a class from TreeItemData, and instantiate one of this
container class each time you wanted to associate a Ruby object with a
tree item.

WxSugar 0.1.15 is now available via gems and download from rubyforge.
This is a minor feature release which adds a couple of new facilities:
* enumerable_controls: treats ListCtrl and ControlWithItems classes,
such as ComboBox, ListBox, CheckListBox as Ruby enumerables
* adds Window#has_style?
The former is meant to give much more rubyish access to the contents of

Good news on WxWidgets 2.8.0

had me drooling.
The second is that it looks like it will be straightforward for wxRuby
to target 2.8 (famous last words...). The changes are simple API
changes, mainly to base classes like Window, Dialog and
ControlWithItems. Just by fixing two lines in Window, I got about 80% of
our current classes compiled. The remaining errors look easy enough that
I could fix them, which is a good sign ;)

CheckListBox : delete method bug !
Hi,
I''ve practically finished a patch for removing the limitation of

but I just discovered a new bug related with this control !!

any longer. If you comment out the import lines, Swig does create an
initialize. For ClientDC this fixes things so you can at least allocate
one.
Second case: Choice.i
This is missing an %import for wxControlWithItems. However, if you add
this, the constructor goes away. It''s too hot in my house with the air
conditioner out for me to attempt to puzzle this out later. If cooler
heads haven''t figured this out later I may revisit it.
