G.729 pre-compiled binaries and Asterisk 1.2.x.
Asterisk 1.2.24 seems to crash repeatedly under any substantial call load
(and sometimes without a substantial call load - just one SIP leg is
enough to do it) when using the G.729 pre-compiled binaries from:
http://asterisk.hosting.lv/
As per:
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+G.729+Licensing
Time to crash is variable, but seems to require at least an hour of
production performance

I am familiar with the OSI definitiion. I've read it again, but I can't
work out exactly how asking for permission contravenes this definition.
Perhaps you could clarify with a more specific reference?
Here's the relevant section from the OrderlyCalls licence file
(available at http://orderlycalls.sourceforge.net ):

getting started, reading listing and saving data
Dear List
I am new to R and to the list and will try best as I can be clear and
concise. My apologies if anything I write contravenes the posting code
on this list. I would also like to say I have run through most of the
material on the R website before writing this email however, I am
stuck.
Here is what I want to do and what I have done
1. Read a comma seperated text file into R
I have used read.csv and it seems to have wor...

the height of default characters in inches, in 63.2 it is 0.2755906, in
63.3 it's
0.1377953, unfortunately it is also read only. I suppose in theory this can
solved using cex, but that alters everything, and in a scatterplot, say,
you get circles that look rather too big, and it generally contravenes the
'flexibility is paramount' philosophy of R/S+. I guess what I'm asking is
how do you get around the read only problem, or what's an alternative?
Incidently, the 63.3 doesn't have the lty problem with lines(), as was
predicted.
Thanks,
Simon Bond.

Nothing in the NBD spec requires the server to reject unknown export
names. So nbdkit never rejects export names (which means it behaves as
if all names work, regardless of whether or not it was the name it was
configured with, since it

zfs list improvements?
To improve the performance of scripts that manipulate zfs snapshots and the zfs snapshot service in perticular there needs to be a way to list all the snapshots for a given object and only the snapshots for that object.
There are two RFEs filed that cover this:

''zfs list'' should have an option to only present direct
