[QEMU PATCH v4] create struct for machine initialization arguments
This should help us to: - More easily add or remove machine initialization arguments without having to change every single machine init function; - More easily make mechanical changes involving the machine init functions in the future; - Let machine initialization forward the init arguments to other functions more easily. This change was half-mechanical process: first the struct was added

Anyone run into this before? I'm trying to get a Windows native build using Visual Studio of LLVM, Clang, and LLD 4.0.0. So far LLVM built successfully, but I'm getting these cryptic error messages when building Clang: Microsoft (R) Build Engine version 15.1.1012.6693 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. [PATCH libldm 00/12] New API: an ability to retrieve created device-mapper devices back after they have been created.
The main goal of these patch series is to implement a new API that allows to retrieve created device-mapper devices for volumes and partitions back after they have been created. As part of this patch: - required libdevmapper version was bumped to 1.02. I think it is safe because it was released more then 10 years ago; - newer version of libdevmapper allowed to simplify code base a little bit; -

Samba 4 on AIX with XLC
Has anyone tried building Samba 4.0 on AIX with XLC? I'm moving right along, but tripping up on some bugs in source3/utils/net_rpc.c, source3/utils/net_rpc_printer.c, and source3/utils/net_cache.c where there is an invalid use of the ":" operator. According to some other posts on the PostgreSQL forum, this shouldn't compile anywhere, even though GCC apparently allows it??

Error for compiling Rquantlib package 0.3.5 under Window 7 64bits
Hi, I am trying to build a binary of Rquantlib package 0.3.5 under Window 7 64bits. I am using mingw gcc version 4.5.1 (tdm64-1) which is a experimental version of 64 bits ming gcc. (http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/). I have successfully compiled boost 1.45 and Quantlib 1.0.1 with this gcc. And then when I tried to compile Rquantlib 0.3.5, it reports some error. The first error is like below.

[PATCH 0/2] 'int' to 'size_t' changes
These two patches are probably not completely independent, but separating them is a lot of work. With *both* patches applied, all the tests and extra-tests pass. That's no guarantee however that there isn't a mistake, so I don't think this patch is a candidate for the 1.16 branch, until it's had a lot more testing in development. Rich.
