Here some informations: Samba-Server: - Debian Woody - Samba 2.2.8a-0.1 for Debian - Software Raid (Raid1) with two identically Seagate 80GB HDDs Hardware: - Compaq ML310 (P4 2GHZ, 256MB) - Sil0649CL160 ATA100-Controller (used driver: CMD64x) - HDDs connectet both as Master (hda, hdc) Client: - Compaq Evo D310vm (Cel 1,8GHz) - Windows XP SP1 - Wordperfect 9 I have tried to use Samba 3.0R3, but it have problems with german Characters (like ???).
