Bug#588406: A full year without a fix?
I can confirm this bug still is in squeeze... a full year after being first
reported, despite the fact that it includes the fix?.
I can also confirm that the workaround proposed here works, although I am not
sure that it's the best possible solution, maybe it can be set in some
confoguration file, bit if so, I have benn unable to find it.
AFAICT, XEN_SCRIPT_DIR is a compile-time option, and can't be configured.

unable to resolve WERR_ACCESS_DENIED - please help
hi,
I'm trying to mirgate shares from a NT4 to a samba
3.0.22 server. I understand that 'net rpc share add'
should work before trying 'net rpc share mirgate'.
I configured smb to use winbind which works great to

When I try to run this command:

Re: Equal bandwidth for any client
...n there is a command that will automatically determine the number of MAC addresses in the network
#brctl showmacs <bridge name> <port number of ur lan interfce> grep -v -w port | wc -l
Ex:
#brctl showmacs abcd 1 grep -v -w port | wc -l
Note that, for this to work your box should be confogurred as a bridge in promiscuous mode....
I use this method to automatically determine the number of MAC addresses in my LAN..
Use this in combination with crontab to do the job......
Hope, this helps.....
