How to create a string containing '\/' to be used with SED?

SAMBA 3.0.2 printing problem
Hi I've recently upgraded to 3.0.2 from 2.2.8 on Redhat 9. We have 2 Linux servers and a number of windows XP machines. The primary domain controller has a printer which is shared and to which all the computers have access.
