Can the LLVM-Win32/Win64 release libclang.dll conatins the exported llvm-c functions along with clang-c's?
So we can using FFI to talk with libclang.dll without compiling LLVM under
Win32.

split a data frame
Hi ,
I have a data frame (Data1) which has a area variable (AREA) with
codes (RA,RG,LT etc.). I would like to split the data frame into
individual data frames called RA, RG, LT conatining only the
observations from those areas.
Thanks
yours sincerely

"installation method" (CentOS 5.2)
I'm trying to install CentOS 5.2 on a Dell PE 1850 via the DRAC 4
card, with CentOS-5.2-i386-bin-1of6.iso mounted as virtual media. At
the boot prompt, I hit <Enter>, which should start the graphical
installation, but it starts off with a text installation. I am asked
- whether I want to test the media, which I skip
- what language I want to use - I select English

Faster way to combine data sets with different date ranges
I am trying to combine two data sets, one with daily values and one with weekly values. SurveyData conatins environmental data collected on a daily basis. sat.data contains satellite sea surface temperature that is an average of satellite measurements over a six day period. I would like to combine the two files so that my output file has the daily dates from SurveyData and the weekly average

openssh, pam and cryptocard's cryptoadmin / easyradius
...with pam radius authentication
This worked fine until we updated to openssh 2.9p2. Then all
authentications where the response included alpha characters did not work
anymore. That means that users whose tokens were set to hexadecimal
display could not auhenticate, except when their hex response conatined
numbers _only_.
We reprogrammed all tokens to decimal display and contacted cryptocard.
You find their response forwarded.

Hi,
since last week i noticed very strange smbd behaviour.
i have one samba PDC and three BDC's all connected to LDAP.
the PDC is the LDAP master and the BDC have their own replicated LDAP
database.
since last week i notced that there are smbd processes on every DC which

FreeBSD 4.x NT PDC authorization
Dear group,
I know this is not the first post related to
NT domain authentication with Samba. I actually
did manage to set up NT domain authentication on
a FreeBSD 5.4 using Samaba 3.0.12 based on infos
I mostly found here. I'm stuck however to get the same
thing working on a FreeBSD 4.11. The steps I've tried to
follow are described in the Samba Howto.

Strange Roaming Profiles problem
Hi experts,
I encounter a serious problem using Roaming Profiles unter XP Prof. I don't
know if this is realy a Samba issue, mybe someone has already solved the
same problem. I am running Samba 2.2.5 as an PDC using LDAP.
The first time I log on with user "tom", all looks perfect and a profile is
downloaded from the Samba PDC, say into D:\Documents and Settings\tom. Then
I log out

[LLVMdev] SmallString + raw_svector_ostream combination should be more efficient
Sean, thanks for reminding this, Alp did commit a class derived from
raw_svector_ostream conatining an internal SmallString he called
small_string_ostream.
The commit was reverted after a day due to a disagreement about the commit
approval and apparently abandoned.

Failing to get uids from AD
Hi,
I'm still having trouble getting Samba 3.6.3 / Winbind to fetch UIDs from AD 2008 R2 with the Services for Unix feature installed. My users have uidNumber fields which contain the UIDs I want. I'm on Ubuntu 12.04
The global part of my smb.conf. I've tried changing 'winbind nss info' and 'schema_mode' to sfu as well.

ZFS behavior under limited resources
I am trying to see how ZFS behaves under resource starvation - corner cases in embedded environments. I see some very strange behavior. Any help/explanation would really be appreciated.
My current setup is :
OpenSolaris 111b (iSCSI seems to be broken in 132 - unable to get multiple connections/mutlipathing)
iSCSI Storage Array that is capable of
20 MB/s random writes @ 4k and 70 MB random reads

[LLVMdev] SmallString + raw_svector_ostream combination should be more efficient
I don't think we should make flush virtual. Why do you need to do it?
Can't you set up the base class to write to use the tail of the memory
region as the buffer?

about playlist
I have the icecast with some ices working perfectly in a Linux server,
mp3
files are reproduced with no problems, I'm quite satisfied with it but I
have a little doubt!
When users click the link at the HTML page, their default player (like
xmms,
winamp... etc) doesn't load.
That's how I've made the link:

[LLVMdev] SmallString + raw_svector_ostream combination should be more efficient
Could you dig into why:
+ raw_ostream &write(unsigned char C) override {
+ grow(1);
+ *OutBufCur++ = C;
+ return *this;
+ }
Is 3 times as fast as raw_svector_ostream? I don't see a good reason why
that should be any faster than:
raw_ostream &operator<<(char C) {
if (OutBufCur >= OutBufEnd)
return write(C);
*OutBufCur++ = C;
return *this;
}

SmallString + raw_svector_ostream combination should be more efficient
+llvm-dev at lists.llvm.org
The impact should be small as all the other streamers usually write
directly to the memory buffer and only when out of buffer they call write().
OTOH, raw_svector_ostream (without a buffer) goes though write for every
character or block it writes. It can work without virtual write() by
overriding the existing virtual write_impl() but this is a slower code path
for
