compling C code in R for Windows
...s in Splus. I want to do the same thing in R, as in just use my .s and .c files and find the equivalent of "Splus COMPILE". I've ran into lots of problems trying to do this in Windows so far, so please help! My questions are: - Do I need additional software (sometimes using Rcmd complains about not understanding what perl is), such as Perl or C complier? - Which directory do I need to put the files in, so that Rcmd can see them? Or do I copy the Rcmd.exe into the directory where my .c files are? If so, what other files do I need to copy? - Are there any references on how to...

Comples Boxplots in R . Resources
...ormation in a same boxplot where in each tick instead of having one box, I want it to have two boxes.. one for the on status and one for the off status. Even better it would be great if the on boxes will be plotted by solid lines and the off boxes with dashed lines. I understand that this is a bit complex, so do you know if there are few references to read how I can do that in R?  I would like to thank you in advance for your help B.R Alex [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

cross compling openssh-3.5p1 for ppc
