Installing R with all packages
...load and install all packages at once?
Is it a good idea? (There is a good chance that I do not need the some
few packages that do not install well during such a procedure, and so I would
like to tell the sysadmin to do it even if it will not be 100% successful).
Unfortunately it may be even more compicated, because it may be (I was not
able to find it out absolutely surely) that our net
architecture does not allow to do it via
install.packages from within R. So what is the easiest way to
do it from outside R?
If it is not a good idea to install all packages
at once, what is the easiest way to

Shaping services and users (2nd time)
...nted to ask a question.
Now I have a nice script with this hierarchy of classes.
root(128/128)
+---WWW(32/128)
+---Default(32/128)
+---P2P(1/64) #P2P Programs like DC and Kazza
+---....
How should I implement limiting the speed of some users (by IP addresses)?
I had an idea, but it looks too compicated. What do you think?
Let''s say I want IP2 To be limited to have the speed max. 64kbits.
Will this idea work?
root(128/128)

Encoding into MONO (delphi)
Hi!
I have a problem. I hope, you can help me.
I use a Delphi conversion (from Aleksandr Shamray),
but it doesn't work when I'd like to convert a *.RAW into a
mono *.ogg file.
vorbis_encode_init_vbr(vi, 1, 44100, 0.5); //because of the mono
the program stops at line:
//* uninterleave samples */

buffer[1][i] := smallInt((pArray(@readbuffer)[i shl 2 + 3] shl 8) or

Another Updated - wxRuby Windows installeravailable for
Hmm everything installed fine but when I try to run the samples I get an
error dialog stating:
"rubyw.exe - unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because MSVCRTD.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Which unless you are supplying the debug microsoft dll''s, re-installing
will have no effect :)
