Combind two different vector
Hi
I'm trying two combine two vectors that have different lengths. This without
recursive the shorter one. E.g.,
a <- seq(1:3)
b <- seq(1:6)

*step 2:*
bytecode obtained from step 1 (generic_replica.bc, xacc.bc and dacc.bc) is
passed to opt tool using (-O0/-O3) options
*step 3:*
optimized bytecode obtained from step 2 (generic_replica.opt.bc, xacc.opt.bc
and dacc.opt.c) is combinde to a single bytecode file (monolith.bc) using
llvm-ld tool
*step 4: *
running monolith.bc for 10000 iterations using lli tool and measured the
time.
I also tried using llvm-gcc for emiting bytecode in step 1 but got almost
the same output. As i have my entire setup in office i cant attach my
makef...

Predicting a linear model for all combinations
Lets say I have a linear model and I want to find the average expented
value of the dependent variable. So let's assume that I'm studying the
price I pay for coffee.
Price = B0 + B1(weather) + B2(gender) + ...
What I'm trying to find is the predicted price for every possible
combination of values in the independent variables.
So Expected price when:
weather=1, gender=male
weather=1,

Mutiple unique key(Compisitive unique)
Hi All..
I am new to ruby on rails.I want set the unquie on two fields.
Means in one model three fileds are there.
1.Id,
2.C-id
3.Q-id
I want set the unquie on C-Id,Q-Id combindely on the model validations
Can u give me advice?
I tryed with statemwnt validates_uniqueness_of [:c_id, :qid]
But it now giving the proper results

...ade the recordings, the choir sang them, so the
only bit we need to cover is the song writers, which in some cases
belongs to the choir too.
I e-mailed (what I think are) the relevant authorities in the UK, and
the only one that bothered to reply was with a standard boilerplate
e-mail with the combinded online PRS-MPRC licence application forms on,
the two we don't flaming need.
So I say sod'em. If they can't be bothered to respond we're going to do
it anyway. We're standing here trying to give them cash and they ignore
us, what a way to run a business! I'll have to...

Priomap
Hi all,
Here is something that i still haven''t understood.
When installing PRIO, it creates 3 "classes" with priority level according
to the TOS.
That command line :
# tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1: prio
give that result :
# tc qd sh
qdisc prio 1: dev eth0 bands 3 priomap 1 2 2 2 1 2 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
How should i read that priomap, what does it mean and how to

Of course we all know these groups would certainly not appreciate the
audible distrobution of their bread and butter. However, I assume your
scope is only within the U.S. , whereas personaly in Canada. Our laws
governed a right to freedom of information in regards to online
content. More or less, if you find it online it must be public content
(unless that's been changed by now, I haven't

What is the most cost effective hardware for R?
Has anyone got any advice about what hardware to buy to run lots of R
analysis? Links to studies or other documents would be great as would
be personal opinion.
We are not currently certain what analysis we shall be running, but our
first implementation uses the functions lme and gls from the library
nlme. To do one data point currently takes 1.5 seconds on our 3 year
old sunfire box, and

My story installing Samba-LDAP PDC (it has a happy ending)
OK.
I am starting to believe that Samba 3.0.x is not stable.
At least, the documentation for Samba as PDC with OpenLDAP backend (which is
what I have been trying to do for four days) is crap.
All the documentation for 3.0.x is mixed with 2.2.x. Most documents start as
instructions for 3.0.x but put a lot of information that doesn't apply to
3.0.x, but 2.2.x.
