pairwise combinatons of variables
Dear WizaRds,
although this might be a trivial question to the community, I was unable to
find anything solving my problem in the help files on CRAN. Please help.
Suppose I have 4 variables and want to use all possible combinations:
1,2
1,3
1,4
2,3
2,4
3,4
for a further kmeans partitioning.
I tried permutations() of package e1071, but this is not what I need. Thank you
for your help and

403 forbidden on SIP register
I'm getting 403 forbidden errors when attempting to register to a
certain provider. I've tried just about every combination of
configuration settings I can think of with no luck. Following is what
I would think should work (and one of the settings I have tried).
Rather then list every combinaton I've tried, what are the common
causes of a 403 forbidden on a register attempt?
Other providers work fine using the same syntax. And the provider
that I am having sip registration problems with works fine with iax.
