calling combinations of variable names
...d "ratings" which contains the following variables: evalR1, evalR2, evalR3, evalR4, scoreR1, scoreR2, scoreR3, scoreR4, opinionR1, opinionR2, opinionR3, opinionR4. (there are more variables, but this gives an idea of the data structure). What I want is run several analyses on all 3 or 4-combinations of a given variable. So, for example, I want to compute the following ICC's (function from the psych package): ICC(cbind(evalR1,evalR2, evalR3)) ICC(cbind(evalR1,evalR2, evalR4)) ICC(cbind(evalR1, evalR3, evalR4)) ICC(cbind(evalR2, evalR3, evalR4)) ICC(cbind(evalR1, evalR2, evalR3, eval4...

Problems with dovecot/sendmail combi.
Hi, I am really stuck here. I am trying to setup imap for an external mail server. I have a freebsd server running sendmail / dovecot. I am transfering the existing mail from an exchange 2003 server to the mailserver using imapsync. This works fine, but gives errors when it tries to make a submap, also thunderbird gives an error "Mailbox doesn't allow inferior mailboxes" when I try

combinations with replications
Dear all, Is there a way to compute and list all combinations with replication of two elements in sets of 8 elemnts? For example, I've two elements, 0 and 1, and I would to get all possible combinations with replication such as, for example, 00000000, 00000001, 00000010, and so on. They are 2^8 and it's very hard to list handly!! Thank you Mari...

SIP clients, H323 client as gateway?
I have several SIP clients which connect to Asterisk. Is it possible to use a H323 client account (username/password combination) as a gateway/proxy for these SIP clients when they need to call someone on this H323 network, just like using an IAX2-gateway (registering an username/password combi). I took a look in the archives, but couldn't find anything related. But then again, I might not have looked carefully en...

New Boiler or New System?
Hi, I'm planning to replace a back boiler (which is at least 15 years old) with a combi boiler. Assuming that the rest of the system is the same age, is it sufficient to flush the existing radiators and pipes, or is it better to replace the radiators and pipework as well?

SourceSafe
I am trying to run ss.exe using builtin DLLs. No luck at all:( It seems it fails to send the message (sendmsg?) somewhere. At the end, I get windows message box with the error. Any ideas? BTW, why does it ask username and password in console? Regards, Sergey FIXME:pthread_rwlock_rdlock FIXME:pthread_rwlock_unlock FIXME:pthread_rwlock_rdlock FIXME:pthread_rwlock_unlock

How to limit Apple Mail (desktop)?
By default, Apple Mail downloads all e-mails from server's account. Previous versions of this client allowed to opt-out. The latest two versions? however, only allow to opt-out from downloading the attachments. The stress on the server is unbearable. We cannot ask users to be considerate: this is the default behaviour of Apple Mail. We need a server-side solution to the problem. Please
