No "system32" directory. ( to run Merrian-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary )
i just installed wine and want to use the "Merrian-Webster's
Collegiate Dictionary". the installation of this on-line dictionary
seemed okay, but when we went to launch it, it failed and reported
following error:

shared files missing after install
I am running samba on a FreeBSD 7 vbox and get the following messages
emma# /usr/local/samba/sbin/smbd -D

some years ago, they were blockhead proprietary. The analogy would
only work if computing was customarily blackbox technology, which it
isn't. I'd be surprised if there were any branded flash drives that
contained less than their advertised amount of storage.

Dear R users,

I was recently looking at the MySQL site and saw that they offer various levels

MIT vs GPL vs LGPL for open source project
I intend to release a project I wrote with Rails.
What is the right licensing scheme for a web application (content
managing system) which could grow with plugins and add-ons ?
Personally, I would prefer the GPL but does that mean any add-on to the
CMS (like task management) will have to be GPL ?
If some people contribute to the code could it still be double-licenced
