greetings, i have been playing with the port of r to the mac. i am running into errors "unable to allocate object of size x" where x is not a big number. i tried playing with mem.limits, but that seems like the wrong beast. i think what i want is something like options(object.size=y) in S. i have gone through the documentation but can't diagnose the problem, and hence i am posting
